Austin Foster

Austin is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student intern (graduating August 2026), who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and hope. She believes that every person has a unique story and deserves a safe space where they feel heard, valued, and supported. Her goal is to create a counseling environment where clients can explore their experiences, identify their strengths, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.

Before beginning her counseling journey, Austin worked in non-profit ministry. Through that experience, she developed a deep appreciation for people's stories and a passion for walking alongside others during seasons of uncertainty, transition, and personal growth. These experiences continue to shape her counseling approach, emphasizing empathy, connection, and the belief that healing often happens within supportive relationships.

Austin seeks to provide a warm, collaborative space where clients can better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and pursue lives that reflect their values and goals.

While she enjoys working with a variety of concerns, Austin has a particular interest in supporting adolescents, young adults, new mothers, individuals navigating faith and spiritual concerns, and those experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, or obsessive-compulsive symptoms. She seeks to meet each person with curiosity, respect, and genuine care.

Originally from Pennsylvania and now living in Florida, Austin enjoys kayaking, running, baking sweet treats, and sharing meaningful conversations over coffee. Outside of counseling, she enjoys family life, serving alongside her husband in their local church, and building meaningful connections within their community.

Austin believes that no one is meant to face life's struggles alone. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they pursue healing, resilience, and lasting change.
